Within 60 days of receipt, if your Sandy Souvenirs piece(s) needs repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, Sandy Souvenirs Jewelry will repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or you can choose a merchandise credit.
